We facilitate the booking and payment process but are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Customers must arrive on time for their appointments

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in charges up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of BeautyHaven.
